As long as you wear them 24/7 that is perfect. I think a true slut dresses the part no matter where she goes. I promise you will get the attention you are looking for if you wear heels to the gym. Even if its uncomfortable.
Unless the gym has rules against it and then at least go to the gym in heels. But everyone will be staring at you if you go on the stairmaster or elliptical in heels and tight shorts with just enough ass hanging out. You want attention? Done.
